there is something worrying me

I feel my imagination running rampant

I have choices

I can remember that I'm alright right now

and find ways to soothe

I can gather the info I need

and use my imagination for something better

each moment is full with things for me to enjoy

even the hard ones

it’s not ignoring the pain or anger

it’s also opening to the beauty
