Where would I be without my yoga practice and instructors to remind me?
I say remind me, because, thank you to EVERYTHING, I do know this now. I do know that life is actually about arriving in this moment and then just being in this moment. I don’t need the teaching or correcting as much as I used to.
But I still – and probably always – will appreciate the reminding. And the re-reminding. And the re-re-reminding.
Reminding me that my only “job” – my only task at hand – is to be. To arrive and to be.
Well, that and to love myself – to put my hand on my heart (if it’s not there already), take a deep damn breath, and allow myself to feel the love flowing within, to, and from me.
To, as I say, Love With All My Heart.
But all of that necessitates – or at least is way more powerful and effective – when I remember to just be. To let me be. To let you be. To let life be.
To breathe and be.
To arrive and be.
That’s pretty much all I have to say – and need to hear – in this moment.
How about you????
I’d love to hear your thoughts, and please share this post with others if it resonates with you!
