Again, the dearest to whom I text wishes every day.
The wishes are getting longer. And longer. And longer.
Some days she beats me to it and texts them to me first.
I have to admit that reading them is beyond.
Beyond soothing. Beyond healing. Beyond joying.
May today be light and luscious and easy and replenishing and deliriously gorgeously wonderously outrageously singingly dancingly restingly soothingly easingly beautifully soul-fillingly joyously spectacularly heartbustingly impactfully heartjoyingly gleefully magically splendiferously joyjoyjoyly heartissoaringly amazing…
At some point we – I – added badassedly to the list as well.
Each day is another day. Each moment is another moment. Each time it’s another chance for a choice.
My day can be all these things when I’m intentional. Even when it’s hard. Even when it’s really really hard.
When it’s really really hard, or there’s something that’s especially really really hard, keeping my mind, heart, and soul open to the wonderfully, outrageously, singingly, dancingly (and everything else) amazingness can take more effort, but it yields more reward.
It’s easy to feel good when things are easy and good. And even then, sometimes, somehow, we miss it.
But today, again and again and again, I open myself to the beauty and light. To my beauty and light.
I choose to put my hand on my heart, to love myself First Most Always™️, and to point myself in the direction that fills and fuels my heart.
I choose to have my day be light and luscious and easy and replenishing.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, and please share this post with others if it resonates with you. Let’s start a movement of loving ourselves First Most Always!
